Get involved

We are committed to listening and responding to people's experiences of local healthcare services.

Learning from, and engaging with, local people in developing and improving local services will ensure that the services we commission and deliver are safe, appropriate, effective and of a high standard, in line with the NHS Constitution.

We are proactively seeking the views of patients, the public, carers, our staff, partners and other stakeholders, to ensure that there are opportunities to inform all levels of our decision-making.

It is important to us that patients and the public know how their views will inform decisions, and which decisions they can be involved in, as well as when and how decisions will be made.

You can also engage with us on social media, on Twitter or Facebook.

Keeping in touch with NHS service changes in Devon
Many people signed up to receive the CCG consultation stakeholder briefing. Now that most of the changes are being implemented, Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust will take responsibility for communicating progress.

In addition, we will be issuing updates on other changes that might be taking place within the NHS in Devon, such as the acute services review currently underway as part of the five-year Devon-wide Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP).

If you want to receive updates or be invited to stakeholder/public meetings on evolving NHS services, please give us your authority to share your contact details with NHS colleagues by completing the pro forma, here, and emailing it to or posting it to the CCG’s communications team at Pomona House, Oak View Close, Torquay, TQ2 7FF. You can also call the communications team via our switchboard number of 01803 652 500.
